Identifiable by the bolster springs sitting directly below
the frame, this suspension can have 2–3 bolster springs

CHALMERS: 800 SERIES
Identifiable by the single bolster spring located directly on
top of the walking beam, this suspension also features two
torque arms below the walking beam. (PG 38–39, 62–63)
HENDRICKSON: HN
®
Identifiable by two large ribbed bolster springs, the
HN model only features two bolster springs per side.
